Make 7 pages paper to 15 pages using annotated bibliographies

I Have a 15-20 page paper due on saturday 8/25.  The paper is on my research question below. i have attached two annotated bibliographies on this topic.  The original 7 page paper on this topic is also atached (7 pages i have alredy written).  I need you to use these annotated bibliographies and references to create this 7 pages to 15 pages?  Please advise.
