Based on the self-assessment you did as part of this unit's preparation study, respond to the following:

• Summarize your strengths. What evidence do you have that these areas are strengths for you?

For this discussion, you are required to provide evidence to support your statements about your strengths and your opportunities for improvement. There is a variety of types of evidence you might provide depending on your unique situation. For example, in support of a strength you could consider past positive evaluations you received from a supervisor relative to that strength; in support of an area for opportunity you might state that you have not had training or job experience that would develop your skill in that area. The type of evidence you choose is up to you, but it is not enough to make an unsupported statement.
