Benchmarking is a resource or innovation the competitor does better than your company; Competitive Advantage is something unique to your company and not available to your competitors (such as natural resources, skilled labor, location, a unique innovation such as technology, etc); and a Comparative Advantage is the ability to produce at a lower economic cost than competitors from other countries.
