Proposed Solution

Using the Proposed Solutions & Options Write-up  assignment you completed in module 2, explain the solution you are proposing to the health care service need (gaps) you identified that would add value to the organization. Cite literature that supports the need for this solution.  Include the pros and cons of this solution.

Options

Using the Proposed Solutions & Options Write-up  assignment you completed in module 2, identify at least two other options that could be considered. What would be the outcome if your solution is only partially implemented or not adopted at all?  Are there any other options?  Include the pros and cons of all options. This will help decision makers to understand the ramifications.

Implementation Plan

This section will detail a timeline for implementation in narrative form. What tasks need to be completed before you are ready to offer the proposed solution? Who will do what when?  To display your data you can supplement your narrative with a Gantt chart, or a table with task, person responsible, start date, and completion date in each of the columns.

Evaluation

Describe in detail what metrics you will use to evaluate the effectiveness of your proposed solution.  How will you measure the return on investment? Patient satisfaction, disease burden, number and types of patients served, etc.? 

Financials

Using the Applied Budget Exercise assignment you completed in module 4, summarize the financial impact of your proposed solution in narrative form discussing revenue, expenses and net revenue. Submit the full budget with corrections from feedback on the Applied Budget Exercise to the assignment dropbox as well as the Executive Summary Report.
