Instructions

You have developed a scholarly project to address an identified problem in your practice setting, and from your review of the literature, you selected an intervention to address the problem.

Implementing a project requires assessing the practice environment’s readiness for the change.  

On page 1911 of the Erida et al. (2023) article from this week’s learning resources, review the identified 4 enablers for change. 

Develop a presentation that includes the following elements:

· Slide 1: A title slide

· Slide 2: A brief description of the practice setting in which the scholarly project is designed to be implemented

· Slide 3: A slide with your aim statement (completed in unit 2)

· Slide 4: A discussion of your assessment of your project environment relative to enabler #1 – employee readiness

· Slide 5: A discussion of your assessment of your project environment relative to enabler #2 – stakeholder readiness

· Slide 6: A discussion of your assessment of your project environment relative to enabler #3 – organizational [environmental] readiness 

· Slide 7: References

Ensure that you include appropriate in-text and reference citations constructed consistently with 7th edition APA guidelines.
