looking to have a paper typed

Select a topic from your text (Management Theory, Global Management, Strategic Management, Organizational Change, etc.) and write a 6-8 page paper about it and apply it to your current or a previous place of employment.   A good paper involves location of resources and conducting critical analysis and thinking concerning the topic of the paper.  The paper will be six to eight typed pages, double-spaced, MS Word format, conform to written guidelines, and the following structure is suggested: 

1. Description of the topic chosen. 
2. Definition and discussion of the topic providing at least two more sources of information besides your text. 
3. Discussion of how the topic impacts your organization. Provide specific examples. 
4. Conclusion. 

I am currently a preschool teacher and I work at Walmart part-time so if possible, I would like it to relate to one of these fields.  

The book we are using in the class is Kinicki, A. & Williams, B. (2018) Management:  a practical introduction. (8th ed.).  New York:  McGraw-Hill/Irwin if that helps
