Purpose: The goal of this paper is to reflect on your performance and how you have progressed as a speaker this semester.

Task: Watch each of your speeches and evaluate how you have developed as a speaker this semester. Then, write a 1-2—page paper that addresses the following prompts. Explain all of your answers.

Your analysis should thoroughly address the following:

· After preparing and delivering four speeches, do you feel more confident in your speaking abilities? Why or why not?

· On the whole, do you identify as a confident speaker? What could you do to improve your confidence?

· How would you describe your performance in your speeches?

· What do you consider your greatest strength as a speaker? Greatest area for improvement?

· What public speaking concept or theory do you feel has most helped you develop your speaking abilities?

· What will you do moving forward to continue to develop your speaking abilities?

A successful student will:

· Clearly and thoroughly address all parts of the paper guidelines.

· Cite sources using APA style where applicable.

· Meet the minimum page length requirement.

· Use clear and concise writing that is easy to understand and is free from errors.
