Literacy Teaching in Secondary Content

 Students will be expected to read two articles assigned by the teacher. Students will
submit a typewritten, double-spaced, 12-font critique of each article to include the following
information: A summary of an article on current reading practice research, a critique or
commentary on the article’s content and how the information supplied in the article may be used
in the classroom setting. Each article critique is worth 15 points and should be approximately
one page and a half in length at minimum.
