Listening is too much

The New York Times published an article in 2012 entitled “Why Listening is So Much More than Hearing.”  In the article, Seth Horowitz states, “Listening is a skill that we’re in danger of losing in a world of digital distraction and information overload.”  Listening is important in both one’s personal and professional life.
