Linear programming, CPLEX OPL Model Case

1) Propose linear  program formulating for the case 

2) Create a model on Cplex OPL and solve for below sets: 

Data Set1: provided in the excel file. 

Data Set2: generate a data set randomly (n>30 guests ) 

3) Graphical display of solution
