Required Preparation

· Analysis of three to five years of quantitative and qualitative data

· Identification of a priority academic area

· Identification of a target student group

· Alignment with school or district goals

4. Review Component 2: Prepare Confirm that you have completed the required preparation work, including:

· Additional quantitative and qualitative data collection

· Analysis of contributing factors

· Documentation of existing programs and practices

· Stakeholder input related to needs, gaps, and proposed strategies

All work should follow the official NC Principal Portfolio Task 1 guidance, prompts, and expectations.
