Lifecycle Conflict

Each workplace conflict has a definitive lifecycle, and each stage of the lifecycle represents varying points for possible conflict resolution. If not handled properly at the stage the conflict is identified, you’ll experience conflict escalation vs. conflict resolution. Understanding the lifecycle of a conflict is a critical skill, as is recognizing the value of a supportive and collaborative approach to resolution.
