Find a firm that employs  Collaborative  Planning,  Forecasting, and  Replenishment  (CPFR) to improve its forecast accuracy.

· Briefly explain the CPFR process, and describe how it has helped the firm to improve its customer service.

· Examine how your selected firm is managing/implementing its  Customer  Relationship  Management  (CRM).
