3. In a maximum of 500 words summarize the report and outline how the report is an example of inter-governmental relations.

a. Analyze and explain how you interpreted the report in relation to course content. Your assignment must:

 Be a minimum of 500 words.

 Be typed, double-spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides; citations

and references must follow APA format.
