Letter of resignation
lolohamiltonI need a letter of resignation as soon as possible. The letter needs to state that the resignation is effective immediately due to health reasons.
The short back story if needed: I have been a CNA in a hospital setting for 12 1/2 years. I was taken off work by my physician last May and I underwent spine surgery in September. Due to my condition, I am unable to return to those same duties and the employer is not willing to accommodate me. Hope this helps.
