Lesson 5 - Mind Body Connection

There are several Mind Body and Energy techniques.  What does the research say?

Instructions:

1. Conduct a search on the Internet to find a peer review article on mind body and energy methods. 
2. Write a 1-2 pages report that answers the following questions:
   
   1. Explain why that therapy was used in the article you selected.
   2. Describe the effectiveness of the therapy.
   3. How do you see this therapy being utilized in the area where you practice nursing?  Explain. 
   4. Identify possible challenges that you may encounter if you try to implement this form of therapy in the unit or area you currently work.
   5. Provide a forecast/outlook on the future implications of this therapy for the field of nursing.
