Activity 4: Pay for Performance

For this activity, you are required to research the controversy surrounding the use of performance-based pay in organizations and to formulate and defend your position on this issue.  You must draw upon your Required Readings and other researched sources.  Your paper should exhibit the following.

1. A clear and specific thesis statement of your position
2. Logical  and complete defense of your position including specific examples
3. Citations from at least six (6) articles from ProQuest; these may include your Required Readings
4. A persuasive conclusion 

Your Activity responses should be both grammatically and mechanically correct and formatted in the same fashion as the Activity itself.  If there is a Part A, your response should identify a Part A, etc.  In addition, you must appropriately cite all resources used in your response and document them in a bibliography using APA style.   (A 3-page response is required.)
