 Specify the commonalities and the differences in the survey design process for welders versus financial managers.  Instead of designing a survey, would it be more appropriate to use pre-collected pay survey data, such as the National Compensation Survey or to use pre-collected data from an Internet source such as salary.com?  Explain.   (A 1½-page response is required)
