 Share your thinking about the Literature Circles activity from the previous topic. Think of a book you have read (preferably one that would be appropriate for the grade level you will be teaching—like Charlotte’s Web for elementary, Bridge to Terabithia for upper middle, or another book with which many people would be familiar, like A Christmas Carol). 

 What would you expect to see from the Illustrator, for example, in reading A Christmas Carol?

What would be a description of an “A” or “excellent” paper?

How about an average or “C” paper?

What about a paper that just doesn’t quite make the grade?
