The Legal Environment

Activity 2: Analyze a Federal Law  

For this activity, read the following two (2) Supreme Court case articles.

Then analyze each case following these guidelines. Your Activity responses should be both grammatically and mechanically correct, and formatted in the same fashion as the Activity itself.  If there is a Part A, your response should identify a Part A, etc.  In addition, you must appropriately cite all resources used in your response and document in a bibliography using APA style.    (A 3-page response for the combination of Parts A, B, and C is required.)

Describe the impact of the case for Human Resources. 

Part C

Give your opinion of the court’s decision.
