Lesson 2

Instructions:

1. Read and familiarize yourself with all the Ayurvedic resources in Lesson 2 (Web links, Videos, Journal Articles, etc.)
2. Use the Internet to further explore Ayurvedic Medicine.
3. Then, write a  summary of your findings. Be sure to:
   1. Describe how Ayurveda is currently used in your neighborhood
   2. Explain how primary and tertiary settings are currently using Ayurvedic Medicine in their practice. Provide examples.
4. Your paper should be 2-3 pages, including:
   
   • APA Writing Style
   • reference page
   • spacing and margin settings 
5. Type your paper in a Microsoft Word document, and save the file.
