Legal Writing is one of your most important classes you will take in legal coursework. This class and assignments will focus on refining your basic grammar skills and teach you how have to write proficiently in the legal field. In this assignment you will be given two cases. Please provide a case brief in the following format:

• Procedural History 
• Issue 
• Rules
• Facts 
• Analysis 
• Conclusion 
• Holding 
• Dissenting Opinion (If Applicable) 

These case briefs need to be in your own words. Please read the cases thoroughly and highlight relevant points. Also be prepared to talk about these cases in class. 

Please provide case briefs on the following two cases: 

• Moore v. Regents of University of California, 51 Cal. 3d 120, 271 Cal. Rptr. 146, 793 P.2d 479 (1990)
• Wright v. Newman, 467 S.E.2d  533 (Ga. 1996)
• Use the Case Brief Format explained to you in class. 

Each Brief should meet the following specifications
