 Research has shown that animals of various species can exhibit certain  types of abstract reasoning. Discuss what happens, in experiments on  animal timing or counting, when the duration to be timed or the number  to be counted is doubled or tripled.  Analyze what this shows us about  animal’s timing and counting abilities.
