Overview
Reflection through journaling provides concrete evidence of one’s evolving thought processes, documenting valuable insights and understanding. After working through the activities and resources in Module One, conduct your own research to find out more about the employee experience, the responsibilities of Human Resources (HR) in this process, and how to incorporate diversity at the start of the life cycle.
