It is very important that your contract is filled out completely and thoroughly, and that you understand your schedule of deliverables  is the schedule that you must adhere to moving forward. Your ability to  adhere to this schedule is a graded element of MGMT.  

Keep these things in mind as you continue on:

1. The best research both supports a thesis statement and attempts to disprove  the thesis statement. I'll expect you to highlight the aspects of  transformational leadership that are troublesome and work against your  thesis, in addition to the research that which support it. 
2. Having such a strong stance on this topic can lead to bias in your  writing. Remember - researchers strive to be neutral in their voice and  to present arguments based on verifiable information. While you may have  a passion toward this topic and believe in your thesis, your writing  should support it by being as neutral as possible.
