 Begin by completing three assessments from resource, "Leadership and Personality Assessments," located in the study materials. Provide a two or three sentence explanation for each assessment. Reflect on what these results say about you and how you function on teams. Then, respond to one peer who has similar results and another who has different results. Discuss how you would foster collaboration in a professional environment, given the similarities or differences.
