5S Standardizing Plan 

Using Figure 4.1b “Standardize plan B: Areas with owners, tasks, and frequencies” on page 32 of your textbook as a guide, create a 5S standardized plan for your workplace or home. Include at least the following in your project:

  Briefly describe the facility and the type of activity or work occurring. 

  Identify four owners.

  Assign two tasks per owner.

  Include time intervals (i.e., frequencies) for each task.
