Lean Body Hacks Review
The short answer is no. Unless you are underweight (in which case you shouldn't be dieting) there probably isn't a diet out there that will put you into starvation mode. There has been a lot of myth and rumor on what starvation mode is and how it affects the body. I would like to shed some light on this and why you shouldn't worry about it.
The claims vary but it seems that people believe starvation mode sets in if you consume less than 1200 calories per day. Your metabolism will slow to a crawl and causing you to stop losing weight. Some people believe you can actually begin gaining weight if you eat too little food (something that would break the laws of physics).
