This week's focus has been on organizational change. Using your selected company from week 3,  create a narrated PowerPoint presentation that provides leaders with tools and techniques to develop  sustainability during a digital transformation.

Refer to the three (3) concepts mentioned in the video,  Efficient Leadership in the Digital Era (Week 6 Reading and Supplemental Materials).

1. Explain how these concepts will help mid-level managers achieve  sustainability during the AI digital transformation.  Tailor your recommendations to the company you selected in Week 3.

2. Include a maximum of 5 slides (excluding the title and references slides) and speaker notes for each slide.

3. A minimum of three (3) references are required, and in-text citations should be included in the speaker notes section.
