karolyn1311Carlos has a great post! Good point about shared visions! Let’s look a bit into visions and changes in policy. Oftentimes facilities will utilize policy changes to help create change and ensure that their facility is following their mission & vision. A question comes to mind- Will any policy change facilitate positive behavior changes? Yes! That is why you are learning how to implement change in your area- it is all part of the IOM Future of Nursing. DNP leaders will change health care and eventually make the system work.
How could you implement change in your area? What are your thoughts?
