In a paper that is at least four to five paragraphs in length, write about the following: (Be sure to add details, explanations, and examples to support your ideas).

• Restate the two SMART goals you developed in Week 1.
• Describe your motivation for pursuing each of these goals.

Two Leadership Traits (1 to 2 paragraphs):

• Discuss two leadership traits mentioned in Chapter 2 of the textbook that you possess, which can help you reach your academic and professional SMART goals.
• Include examples of how these traits can help you reach your goals.

Your Leadership Role Model (1 to 2 paragraphs):

• Identify a leader in your personal or professional life or a well-known leader that you admire.
• Describe this leader and in your description discuss the following:
  • Who is this person?
  • How do you know them or how did you hear about them?
  • What leadership traits do they possess?
  • What makes them an exceptional leader?
  • What can you learn from them to help you achieve your own goals?
