complete the leadership test, and calculate your score.  In a 2-page paper share your results. Discuss how you feel about the results. Do you agree or disagree? Give examples and reasons why. Identify how your current skills (as noted on the assessment) are helping you in your career goals. Then, discuss what skills you are lacking (as noted on the assessment) in that you wish to gain.  How will you go about learning these skills (based on the suggestions in the Mindtools assessment)?  Why are they important for your goals to learn them?
