Leadership Challenge

Kouzes and Posner's research in The Leadership Challenge Concludes "For people to follow someone willingly, the majority of constituents believe the leader must be honest, forward-looking, inspiring, and competent."  Select one of the four and describe (relate theory to your real examples) your leader of choice.  (Competent)

The paper must be 2-3 pages typed.  1 inch margins all the way around, in APA style, written at a level expected of graduate student level.
