To document your leadership experiences, team collaboration, and learning, you will complete a series of weekly journal entries that will be used as the basis for the Topic 7 benchmark assignment.

Reflect on the work your CLC group did this week. Consider what you have learned about your personal leadership style and traits, the tenets of servant leadership and collaborating on a team. In a 250-word reflection, discuss the following:

1. Discuss what you learned about yourself as a leader by completing the leadership assessments.
2. Explain whether knowledge of your personal leadership style and traits allowed you to collaborate effectively as a member of your CLC team.
3. Reflect on the tenets of servant leadership that you experienced while interacting with your CLC group this week and provide specific examples of how servant leadership was exemplified.

While APA style is not required for the body of this assignment, solid academic writing is expected, and documentation of sources should be presented using APA formatting guidelines, which can be found in the APA Style Guide, located in the Student Success Center.
