Leadership

For this week's assignment, you will write a paper, at least three full pages of content, and a reference page.  You will investigate the concept of being a follower.  Being a follower is often a key part of leadership.  What can you do to ensure you lead appropriately, follow appropriately, and serve on a team appropriately throughout your career?  Find at least five academic resources about being an effective follower to include in your paper.  You can find academic resources in journal articles, newspaper articles, trade journals, and books.  You should cite a minimum of five APA references (both on a reference page and in text) in this assignment and your paper must be written in proper APA format.
