Leadership

Leadership is about influence and helping others do the right thing.  Leaders set direction, build an inspiring vision, and lead by example. Throughout the term you have examined various aspects of leadership and change.  This week you will explore lessons learned and take a closer look at your own leadership development. Reflecting on your readings and research, you will develop a leadership develop plan along with your own leadership philosophy.
