 Assignment Requirements: 

• An Abstract is required
• A Reference List if required with a minimum of two references that are also cited in the body of your  
• An Appendices section is required including documents, photos,  etc that support the body (i.e. program or team policies,  travel policies, risk management and or emergency action plans, etc). A  good guide would be the inclusion of one appendix per legal duty but it  may be fewer than this.
• The body  (not including the title page, abstract, reference list or appendices) s

For each of the 14 Legal Duties complete 

• Describe the legal duty
• Discuss at least two areas where your athletic program or team complies with respect to this legal duty
• Discuss at least two areas where your athletic program or team is deficient or needs to improve with respect to this legal duty
