D. Identify 5 important insights from the book and videos. Explain why each of the 5 insights you highlighted are significant and how you will apply them to your coaching/leadership. Use separate paragraphs as you identify and discuss each individual insight. - 75 Points (15 points per insight)

E. Share how you seek to "capture the hearts" of your student-athletes. - 20 Points

F. Closing paragraph. - 10 Points

H. Reference page - 5 Points
