LAW ENFORCEMENT LEADERSHIP

THE ORGANIZATION TO USE IS THE DEPARTMENT OF JUVENILE JUSTICE. IF YOU HAVE TO MAKE UP THINGS THAT IS FINE AS LONG AS IT HAS TO DO WITH THE ORGANIZATION LISTED ABOVE. This reflective assignment is intended to affirm the continuing development of your leadership.   Examine your organization and leadership through the following questions:  1. What does it mean to challenge the process in your organization and how do you/leaders negotiate this without offending people or destroying community?  2. Evaluate your organization in terms of risk taking and maintaining the status quo?  3. How does your organization/leaders deal with change and communicate change?  4.
