Scenario

Y ou arrive to a call for service of an assault in progress near the outskirts of the city. The complaint states that her 35-year-old son Lex Luther, W/M, no hair and approximately 180 lbs, has fled into the woods near the property as the police were coming. Mrs. Luther reports that her son has multiple mental health issues that range from fits of violence, hallucinations, and delusions of grandeur.

Mrs. Luther explains that the suspect believes police officers want to kill him because he knows the secrets to creating kryptonite. You ask to go into his room where you see multiple collectibles still in the box and entire Lego sets put perfectly together. Mrs. Luther has multiple contusions to the head, a laceration to her back and multiple broken ribs.

You observe firearm reloading equipment, multiple empty rifle magazines, sealed wooden crates sealed with red printed letters stating “.223 Caliber,” multiple pages of diagrams for creating booby traps, maps of the property he lives on, and amazon receipts for camouflage hunting gear.
