 Compare and contrast the Model Rules confidentiality rule with the Model Code’s confidentiality rules. In addition, discuss the exceptions to the confidentiality rule, and do you believe lawyers should be obligated to report a client’s future criminal acts, rather than simply be allowed to do so?
