The paper must reference the student development components about Latino-Americans (cognitive,

interpersonal and intrapersonal) 


The paper should

provide similarities and differences to the broad trajectory of student

development addressed in the first paper.


o How do students develop? How did you experience your development?

 Provide advice to your fellow peer facilitators about working with students who identify with Latino American Students


 The paper must be 4-5 typed, double-spaced pages with 1” margins that

demonstrate editing and revising. [Use the Center for Reading & Writing as needed.]

 The paper must cite at least three scholarly sources (not including texts provided

on the Course Syllabus).

o Journal of College Student Development will likely have multiple volumes

with appropriate articles

o New Directions in Student Services often dedicates a volume to a particular

population(s)

o Use any of the many other applicable scholarly journals that study an

applicable population of college students
