A Problem or a Crisis? For this discussion question, perform the following: Differentiate between a problem and a crisis. Table 8-3 in your textbook will help you with this discussion. Examine a project that you are familiar with and consider one of the metrics/KPIs used to find something that is either a problem or crisis. Explain your reasoning.
