Monthly Cash Flow Report including Debt Schedule

As a continuation of the Land Development Anywhere USA case study, this assignment provides the final three components. The three separate assignments should be completed sequentially.

1. The first assignment requires preparing a monthly cash flow report using uniform and normal cash flow distributions. This will require adding four worksheets including the Cash Flow Report, a Project Schedule, Hard Cost Schedule, and Soft Cost Schedule.

Objectives:

This assignment requires you to read Preparing a Monthly Project Cash Flow Report for Land Development Anywhere USA.

o Apply reading and lecture

o Practice using learned Excel skills

o Create multiple worksheets involving numerous Excel functions

Methodology:

Using the information calculated in the prior assignments, complete the cash flow reports. This exercise will require formatting, entering formulas, and analyzing results.

READ THE DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY.

In the Land Development Anywhere USA workbook, add two new worksheets properly labeled (including tabs). One worksheet should be labeled Monthly Cash Flow and the second worksheet should be labeled Debt Schedule. Each worksheet should be prepared to print on one sheet tall (printed in landscape format) each using applicable Excel formula and references. You will be required to completely prepare the worksheet to be identical to the solutions that are provided.

Remember to “follow the code” so each page of the workbook is properly formatted with relevant information such as header, footer, and page numbers. Use highlighting, bolding, and other formatting tools to emphasize answers. Remember, your boss (me) is very busy so make sure your workbook is concise, easy to ready with complete information.

Provide the electronic and printed copy of the entire workbook before the final exam. Staple multiple pages. Eleven (11%) percent of the grade on this project is based on proper formatting. The balance of the grade is based on the accuracy of the solution.
