1. Discuss experiences you have had where a lack of effective communication resulted in a conflict.
   
   
   Select two specific conflicts from your discussion to explore in more depth.
   
   
   Answer the following questions for each conflict:
   
   1. Was the conflict resolved? If so, how? If not, why not?
   2. What communication strategies could be incorporated to prevent this problem from reoccurring?
   3. How might problem solving strategies be used in each conflict? 
   4. Support your selection of strategies with a minimum of two academic sources.
      
      
      Compile your responses in the form of a 260- to 350-word document or a 6- to 8-slide presentation.
