  Subject of research: What is the effect of exercise intensity on body composition?

For your CAP this week, you will be building upon the Discussion outline you created last week, but in paragraph style.  An example is attached for your reference (please note the example is not in APA format).

As a general rule, the discussion section should provide the following:

• A brief summary of the study purpose (one sentence)
• A brief summary of the key finding of the study (1-2 sentences)
• A comparison of your findings to previous literature (~40% of the discussion)
• Explanation of your findings. What are the mechanisms at play, and why do you think you got the results you did? (~30% of the discussion)
• Limitations, recommendations for future research, and conclusion (2 paragraphs)

Remember to use in-text citations and provide a references section at the conclusion of your paper.
