Kinematics Writing Assignment - Quarter Format

The first writing assignment is to analyze a relevant situation or event from your life in terms of position/displacement, speed/velocity, acceleration and time. Examples might be an important trip, an analysis of a big play in a game, or analyzing a pattern of behavior. The point is to pick something that is

 1) interesting to you, 

2) is something you might benefit from a physics-based analysis, and 

3) will provide a piece of hallmarks evidence for your portfolio.

The write-up is in the form of a quarters report. This format was invented by the US Military in order to facilitate quarterly reporting from all of its subcontractors (which, as you might imagine, fills stacks of binders even in this format!). We are modifying it just a little bit from the basic form to suit our use.
