A large portion of the minors who are entered into the justice system is from initial contact with a police officer.  If the police officer decides that the offense committed warrants an arrest, the court process begins for the juvenile.  The juvenile court process plays a crucial role in controlling juvenile behavior and delivering social services to minors in need.

Create a PowerPoint presentation describing the juvenile court process, from the intake process, detention process, bail, plea bargaining, and laws governing waivers of jurisdiction.  Your presentation will be at least 10 slides, not to include your first title slide and your last reference slide.
