I have chosen - The propaganda in North Korea - The propaganda in the country of North Korea is in the destruction of the people.

Your purpose in this paper is to present the reasons this is an issue that ought to be addressed and resolved by some national or international body, though you need not be specific here.  Instead, simply present a persuasive appeal where you bring in evidence about the scope of the problem, the severity, the history and the ongoing distress caused to those affected.

A five-paragraph-essay (with introduction, three body paragraphs each of which presents a main point and concluding paragraph) is a good format for this paper.
