Journal: Keep an updated/daily journal of the activities you participated in. Reflect on your role and evaluate how well you performed. Include things you liked and did not like about the activities. For example, you were asked to lead/teach a group stretching activity; or you were asked to assist with work on a handbook to include policies and procedures. Your journal is a series of entries; must be typed and date each entry. Due: (Last Day of the quarter, in Canvas).
